Refund Policy

1. Membership Fees – Membership registration fees (₹500) are non-refundable once the registration process is completed.
2. Event Registration Fees – Event fees (₹1500) are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by RITA.
3. Cancellation by Organizer – If an event is canceled by RITA, registered participants will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Duplicate Payments – Any duplicate transactions will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
5. Processing Time – Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7-15 working days depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.
6. Non-Transferable Fees – Membership and event registration fees are non-transferable to other individuals or future events.
7. Refund Request Process – Eligible refund requests must be submitted via email to [support email] with proof of payment and a valid reason.
8. No Refunds for No-Show – Participants who do not attend an event will not be eligible for any refunds.
9. Changes in Policy – RITA reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
